Tommy Mitchell’s experience as an artist, restorer, and creator spans more than twenty years. He works closely with his sister, Midge Mitchell, and their Botanicals can be found in wonderful shops and homes across the country.
North Carolina-based Mitchell handcrafts botanicals out of copper and tin and then paints them in bright, lifelike colors. The flowers are presented in pots and urns and depict a wide variety of species, including lilies of the valley, orchids, tuberoses and hollyhocks.
